Having this in mind, Marcet divides its consultancy services in three different scopes:

Sports consultancy

Objective: To provide the client with a tailor made sports education manual. Detailing flows to achieve efficient training sessions, flows for sessions off the field, coaches’ profiles, students and players profiles and player care techniques in and outside the training fields.

Business consultancy

Objective: To provide the client with a business model adapted to his or her reality. The document may include: market research, five-year business plan, KPIs, marketing and commercialisation techniques, working tools, budget planning techniques, internationalisation proposal and business opportunities.

Organisation consultancy

Objective: To provide the client with a personalised organisation manual for a football school or club. The document will detail the global organisation chart, roles and functions description, work flows, headcount proposal. The result will be a renewed organisation, flexible to be capable of adapt to any situation, but with clear command lines.
